Check out the new Upoffiz | Upliving Gent - Loop5 site
Tijdens ons bezoek aan de Upoffiz | Upliving Ghent - Loop5 site eind augustus, samen met mijn SmartEye collega Erwin Dirckx, waren we onder de indruk van de luxe uitstraling en het oog voor detail. Via een begeleide audiotour kregen we een goed overzicht van de ruimtes en de hoogwaardige materialen die werden gebruikt. In de inkomhal van het Upoffiz-gedeelte kun je zelfs de geur van de weide ruiken en zie je bloemen verwerkt in de muur – een prachtige, natuurlijke touch. Hartelijk dank aan Nele en Koenraad van Upgrade Estate voor de gastvrije ontvangst! Wist je dat wij de connectiviteit verzorgen in het Upliving gedeelte? #SmartEye #Upoffiz #Upliving

Alles wat mensen doen, gebeurt in en rond gebouwen 🏬 ✨ Als mensen verhalen vertellen over de eerste schooldag van hun kind, de verjaardag van een collega of een spannende sales meeting, vertellen ze bijna altijd over de omgeving of het gebouw waar dit plaatsvond. Mensen zijn onlosmakelijk verbonden aan gebouwen. 🌻 Omdat ze zo'n belangrijke rol spelen, heb ik er mijn job van gemaakt om mensen en gebouwen optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen en te komen tot meer welbevinden binnen gebouwen. 💡 Samen met bedrijfsleiders en HR-teams ga ik dagelijks aan de slag om te kijken waar de noden liggen en welke stappen nodig zijn in het ontwerp of in hoe mensen het ontwerp gebruiken. Daarnaast ben ik hier als expert coworking en coliving mee bezig. Benieuwd hoe ik dit doe?
