🌍 Yesterday, our partners Juan BALDO and Florian ANDRÉ had the pleasure of attending the glasstec – International Trade Fair in #Düsseldorf, Germany. It was an excellent opportunity to connect with clients and companies in the glass industry. 🔎 Despite being a traditionally conservative sector, challenges such as tight CapEx budgets, rising regulatory/sustainability concerns, and the impact of IoT and Industry 4.0 are pushing for change. The old “make, sell, dispose” business model no longer makes sense. It’s time to rethink with Product-as-a-Service and subscription models. Exciting conversations ahead! 💡 If you're curious about Product-as-a-Service and subscription business models and how they could translate into your business, let's talk. #P2S #Glasstec #SubscriptionEconomy #Paas #GlassIndustry #IoT

🌞 Team Building in Alicante: Strategy, Innovation, and a Vision for the Future! 🌞 Last week, the P2S team gathered in beautiful Alicante for an unforgettable team-building retreat. From 6am morning runs along the coast to a Paella-making competition and a challenging 10km mountain hike, we bonded through both fun and reflection. We even took a refreshing dip in the Sea — not bad for October! 🌊✨ We dedicated time to brainstorming for the exciting year ahead, discussing how to deliver even greater value to our partners, while also exploring the charming city of Alicante and enjoying fantastic local cuisine. We reviewed our 2024 plans and mapped out the next steps for growth. The perfect balance of relaxation, connection, and focus. The takeaway was clear: Subscription and As-a-Service models are becoming increasingly critical and create a win-win-win for providers, customers, and the planet. Here’s why: 🔧 For Providers: • Predictable, Recurring Revenue: Subscription-based companies experience 5x more predictable revenue, improving cash flow management (Zuora, 2021). • Higher Company Valuation: Companies that transition to a subscription model see an 8x increase in company valuation compared to those relying on one-time sales (NASDAQ, 2023). • Shorter Sales Cycles: Subscription models reduce the sales cycle by 20-30%, accelerating time-to-market for new offerings (Statista, 2023). 💡 For Customers: • Lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): Companies adopting Equipment-as-a-Service can lower their TCO by 25-30% over the lifecycle of the equipment (International Data Corporation, 2022). • Improved Cash Flow: 72% of businesses report improved cash flow with pay-as-you-go models, avoiding large upfront capital costs (U.S. Small Business Administration, 2021). • Greater Flexibility: 82% of companies cite flexibility to scale operations up or down as a key advantage of moving to subscription models (Gartner, 2022). 🌱 For the Planet: • CO2 Emissions Reduction: Circular economy and As-a-Service models can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 70% by extending product lifecycles and promoting reuse (Ellen MacArthur Foundation, 2022). • Waste Reduction: Subscription models generate 80% less waste than traditional sales models, due to extended product use, repair, and recycling (World Economic Forum, 2021). • Raw Material Conservation: Companies using As-a-Service models consume 32% fewer raw materials, as products are reused and recycled more efficiently (Circular Economy Action Group, 2022). Our retreat reinforced that this transformation is not just a trend — it’s the future of business. As we plan for 2024, we’re more focused than ever on helping our clients thrive in this evolving landscape. 💡🌍 Here’s to an amazing 2024 and beyond with P2S! The report highlights how this model is set to revolutionize the trucking industry by enabling 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨-𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 through 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐲-𝐩𝐞𝐫-𝐮𝐬𝐞 structure. By reducing the upfront investment and shifting to an 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐗 model, fleet operators can scale more efficiently while meeting 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬. 😊 #SubscriptionEconomy #B2B #AsAService #Industrie #ProduitsPhysiques #TransformationIndustrielle
