The Onboarding Day is a milestone for any Young Grad. It marks the start of their intensive deep dive into the world of TAG and all things consulting. We met up at KickCity in Genk, where teams of four tackled cube challenges — unique rooms filled with brain-teasing puzzles, physical tasks and skill-based tests. These cube challenges were a perfect match for TAG’s competitive energy. Let’s just say, it was game on! The fun didn’t stop there. The afternoon brought axe throwing, laser clay pigeon shooting, bubble football and immersive VR games, giving everyone a chance to try something new. We wrapped up the day in Leuven with a delicious dinner and toasted to a successful and laughter-filled event. This edition of Xpertfinder, a series of events hosted by Voka - Kamer van Koophandel Vlaams-Brabant, was a meet & match event to connect SMEs with experts in digitisation, AI and cybersecurity. The goal was to address the entrepreneurs' questions and to collaborate on practical solutions for a successful future. Peter discussed concrete cases of some of the attendees during ten-minute one-on-one sessions and advised them on the next steps in digitising their routine business processes. Reflecting on his achievement, he’s proud of his pacing strategy and already looking ahead. With plans to focus on marathon training, Yannick is set to keep in top shape and expand his limits.
