The Onboarding Day is a milestone for any Young Grad. It marks the start of their intensive deep dive into the world of TAG and all things consulting. A blend of data pattern analysis, business stakeholder workshops, and matching algorithm refinement. Thanks to my coach Martin Camerman, I set specific goals, took some extra courses to gain extra skills, and took real steps forward. Fast forward a few years, and now I’m on the other side: coaching the next generation of TAGgers. One of the best parts?
