🇧🇪🇧🇷 Turbulent participates to the Belgian Economic Mission to Brazil!🇧🇷🇧🇪 We had the honor of meeting Her Royal Highness Princess Astrid of Belgium and Matthias Diependaele, Minister-President of Flanders. We just signed a MoU with a RPI Partners, a Brazilian company based in Porto Alegre specializing in energy infrastructure development. This MOU will see RPI Energy implement Turbulent's environmentally friendly solution in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. https://lnkd.in/eNG-vH43 We are particularly proud of the efforts of Harold della Faille , who has been diligently preparing the grounds in Brazil, and Dr. Walter J.R. Hydro 2024 Conference in Graz, Austria 🌊 Samuel, our Hydraulic Engineer has taken over one of the largest conferences on hydropower, showcasing our innovative approach to micro-hydropower! Live from COP29 in Baku! Our Sales Director, Imane Benamar, shares some thoughts on the upcoming Zayed Sustainability Prize, where Turbulent is honored to be a finalist in the Energy category! We’re looking forward to connecting with fellow finalists at the Awards Ceremony during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week - ADSW on January 14, 2025. It’s an incredible opportunity to celebrate and collaborate with other solutions driving the future of sustainability!

DAY 01 - COP29 Baku, Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 Exciting, overwhelming but most of all: PROMISING! This year’s focus is around Climate Finance: New Collective Quantified Goal 🌱🌱 or also, a target for finance. It will indicate the funds that should be mobilised annually to support climate action projects in the developing countries. Turbulent Hydro is actively involved in climate mitigation and climate adaptation by harnessing untapped clean, reliable and environmental-friendly hydropower across 5 continents! We hope to see some real measures taken on this subject, and this way make our solution accessible for all our potential users. This award highlights our commitment to transforming living conditions in rural areas by replacing inefficient, polluting power sources with our clean, and consistent micro-hydropower solutions. Each turbine we install brings us closer to a future where communities can access reliable energy while preserving their natural environment. Looking to collaborate? Moving forward in South Africa! 🇿🇦 Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Thomas from Irritech Agencies International (Pty) Ltd in Belgium, all the way from Pietermaritzburg, South Africa! This visit marked a milestone as we build on our pilot G-STIC: Global Sustainable Technology & Innovation Community project, taking steps towards a larger initiative to drive energy and agricultural development in South Africa. A key highlight of the week was our meeting with the South African Embassy in Brussels, an essential step to make this green energy solution more accessible throughout the country. Together with Thomas, we dove deep into every aspect of our products, from mechanics, electrics and civil engineering to full project development. This hands-on approach included visits and conversations with our suppliers as well as a visit to our operational site in Papignies, shining in the South African colors on that day.
