In #Albania, we teamed up with European Commission & UNICEF to ensure young people under 30 get offers for #employment, #education, or training within 4 months of registering. U selu Jalovik kod Šapca, čak 75 domaćinstava se bavi uzgojem malina. 🌱  Baš ovde osnovani su "Malinari", prva romska zadruga u Srbiji, kao dokaz kako upornost i zajedništvo mogu doneti promene. 🌟👥 Ova zadruga ne samo da pruža priliku za zapošljavanje i ekonomsko osnaživanje svojih članova i članica, već i pokazuje kako poljoprivredne zadruge mogu biti ključni alat za unapređenje socio-ekonomskog položaja marginalizovanih grupa. 📈 Osnivanje i tehnički napredak zadruge malinara omogućeni su kroz regionalnu inicijativu za reintegraciju povratnika, koju sprovodi UNDP uz finansijsku podršku Evropske unije, pružajući podršku najugroženijima ka održivoj budućnosti. 🌍🤝 * In the village of Jalovik near Šabac, as many as 75 households are engaged in raspberry cultivation. 🌱 It is here that "Malinari", the first Roma cooperative in Serbia, was established, serving as proof that perseverance and solidarity can drive change. 🌟👥 This cooperative not only provides opportunities for employment and economic empowerment of its members but also demonstrates how agricultural cooperatives can be a key tool for improving the socio-economic position of marginalized groups. 📈 The establishment and technical advancement of the raspberry producers' cooperative were made possible through the regional initiative for the reintegration of returnees, implemented by UNDP with the financial support of the European Union, offering support to the most vulnerable toward a sustainable future. 🌍🤝  * UNDP in Europe and Central Asia UNDP Brussels EU u Srbiji #EU EU Neighborhood & Enlargement
