Frank Fol - The Vegetables Chef® created a delicious menu 😋 with this 'new veggie' in the 'espacio gastronomica' of our 5 radishes chef Tony Garcia. BEYOND SEEDS Biotech Group used genetics from wild 🍆 species to increase diversity 🌱 within eggplant as a species. The result is an elongated Japanese-style eggplant with a unique 🤩 , deep brown color, new taste, unique nutritional characteristics and very conveniant to use for all the 'plant forward' chefs 🧑🍳 👨🍳 in thé culinary guide. https://lnkd.in/ek5kQf_Z.
