  • On February 11, 2025, we gathered for the second edition of the Womenpreneur & VINCI Energies Awards, a night dedicated to celebrating and empowering women in tech ! In his opening remarks, Marc Lemaire, Deputy Managing Director of VINCI Energies Europe North West, emphasized the importance of diversity and inclusiveness in shaping the future of technology. He reaffirmed VINCI Energies’ dedication to creating spaces where women can grow, lead, and innovate. His words served as a powerful reminder that when we support women, we strengthen the future of technology for all. Sana Afouaiz, Founder & CEO of Womenpreneur, delivered an inspiring speech, sharing the remarkable journey of Womenpreneur, a movement that began in 2016 with a small group of passionate women and has since grown into a global network, impacting over 20,000 women across 25 countries. Proudly 100% Belgian, Womenpreneur is committed to advancing women’s economic empowerment by providing the tools, support, and opportunities needed to thrive in entrepreneurship and tech careers. Sana also highlighted the partnership between Womenpreneur & VINCI Energies, which extends far beyond this award. Together, they actively engage with universities, organize conferences, and drive initiatives that ensure more women are equipped to seize opportunities in the tech sector and beyond. This collaboration is a long-term commitment to driving real change. This event was not just a celebration, it was a call to action. Through collaboration, mentorship, and education, we can create real pathways for women to succeed in tech. The future of innovation must be inclusive, and gender should never be a barrier to progress. 💪✨ Let’s continue pushing boundaries, breaking barriers, and shaping an inclusive future together! #Womenpreneur #WomenpreneurVINCIEnergiesAward #VINCIEnergiesBelgium #student #WomenInTech #Innovation #Diversite #STEM
