  • 📢 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 Last year, the legislation was changed regarding the maximum notice period for employees who voluntarily resign, to 𝟭𝟯 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀, regardless of their seniority or start date. Here’s what you need to know: ✅ 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹   • Notice periods now increase, up to a maximum of 13 weeks for those with 8+ years of service.  • The distinction between blue- and white-collar workers has been removed. ✅ 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀  • Employers can now better plan for staffing without having to navigate complex notice periods.  • The streamlined system minimizes ambiguity. ✅ 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁  • Employees can switch jobs more easily.  • Employers should focus on offering competitive salaries, career advancement opportunities, and fostering a positive workplace culture to retain top talent. 🔍 For more details on these changes and what they mean for your business, read the full article.
