💻TASKS
As Online Travel Account Manager Trainee, you ensure the liaison between our affiliated hotels worldwide and our Sales & Marketing Department
Under the supervision of the Account Manager, you communicate on a daily basis with these hotels on various subjects: renewals of contracts and follow up, key information, promotions, rates and availabilities, marketing actions, etc.)
You analyse sales and marketing trends and publish external and internal reports
You provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team
You help organize webinars to inform the Sales and Marketing team about new hotels in the portfolio
You are involved in different internal projects
💯MUST HAVE SKILLS
Student at a business school or tourism school or job-seeker (CIP)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
The ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
Data analysis skills
Extremely proactive personality and a courteous and dynamic character
Very good computer software skills such as Excel and CRM
