Key Accountabilities

  • Build, develop and prospect the Eastern Europe market in line with business targets.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with clients, agents, and consultant network.
  • Analyze technical and commercial specifications issued by the clients and coordinate internally to offer the right technical solution.
  • Build final proposals out of the different technical and commercial proposals and negotiate on terms and conditions.
  • Act as an intermediate link between clients and engineering teams.
  • Keep up your knowledge of the solutions offered, products and services and work closely with internal technical experts and standardizing team.
  • Grow turn-over with respect for margin.

Required Profile

  • MSc degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Commercial) or at least five years of experience in a technical-commercial position, ideally in an industrial or technical environment in Eastern Europe.
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • A self-driven team player, pro-active, and hands-on
  • Fluent knowledge of English is a must. Any other languages (German/Polish) are an asset.
  • Good understanding of the European market and able to develop the business in your region
  • Ability to learn quickly and bring creative solutions to problems
  • Willingness to travel frequently (30%).
