Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst or Business Process Manager with a downright ‘can-do’ mentality, a thought leader within your field of expertise (in this case the B2B tech service business).

Your Profile:

• 5-10 years of experience in a B2B service environment, preferably within the tech industry.
• You have lived and breathed either Sales & Marketing, Delivery or Finance for many years yourself but moved on to a team lead role
• Deep understanding of process blueprinting, value chain integration, and process documentation.
• Extensive experience in an IT service environment with a broad product/service portfolio (Lead to Order, Order to Operations, Order to Cash).
• Proven track record in harmonizing, standardizing, and improving key business processes to facilitate a common Way of Working and drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Recognized as a Thought Leader in your functional area, with strong leadership skills and a ‘can-do’ mentality.

Skills:

• Change management expertise, with the ability to overcome resistance and drive continuous improvement using PDCA principles.
• Proficient in lifecycle management of processes, process optimization techniques, project planning, and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of Process Modelling, BPMN 2.0, and establishing key KPIs to measure success.
• Certifications such as PMI-PBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or BPM are a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: You view challenges as opportunities and are skilled at finding solutions where others see problems.
• Cultural Awareness: You respect and manage cultural differences, building strong relationships across departments to maintain an open and dynamic culture.
• Communication: Advanced spoken and written skills in English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers.
