Position: IT Business Analyst

Location: Brussels

Type: Full-Time, hybrid - Flexible (4 days/month at the office)

Technical and Soft Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML
• Ability to work independently and in agile teams
• Proven experience in process analysis with a focus on cross-business activities.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and providing actionable recommendations.
• Fluent in English (C2 level)
• Proficient in Dutch or French (is a mandatory)
• Candidates must be in European Union already and have EU Passport

Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Project Lead in defining scope and collecting requirements for Identity and Access Management projects.
• You will collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, document business processes, and ensure new deliverables are adopted.
• You will also be responsible for facilitate communication, analyze impacts and risks, define test approaches, and update documentation to secure operational readiness of project solutions.
