Key responsibilities

Client Interaction and Analysis:

• Main point of contact for clients, understanding their business challenges and ambitions.
• Collaborate with business owners and employees to analyze processes and translate business needs into a business plan and roadmap.
• Create user stories, documentation, and mock-up screens to present solutions.

Project Management:

• Coordinate projects post-sale, monitor scope, and manage change requests.
• Provide regular status updates to clients on project progress.

Coordination and Development:

• Coordinate project and development activities with the back-office development team in India.
• Involved in quality assurance testing to ensure the solution meets the defined scope before delivery to the client.

Technical Problem Solving:

• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements (such as AI, ARP, Machine Learning) and apply these in client solutions.

Qualifications

Education:

• You hold a Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• With around ten years of experience in business and functional analysis, you are an expert in application development and testing. You are familiar with the entire software development lifecycle and various methodologies. You can write a high-level business plan and roadmap for the client and collaborate with functional analysts to translate this into detailed use cases and wireframes, providing clear and actionable specifications.
• You have a solid understanding of data structures and basic knowledge of databases, enabling you to work effectively with developers and data analysts.
• You possess basic project management expertise, allowing you to lead projects from initial analysis through to implementation and post-implementation support.
• Experience working with off-shore organizations is a bonus. This enables you to coordinate effectively with international teams across different time zones.

Skills:

• You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with clients at the CxO level, as well as with employees, team members, and other stakeholders. You have a solution-oriented mindset and can overcome challenges quickly and efficiently. Additionally, your perseverance helps you to successfully complete projects, even when faced with setbacks.
• You are fluent in both English and Dutch, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients and colleagues.
