Business Analyst

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, with specific knowledge of Life and Health Insurance (processes, products, regulations).
• Excellent written and spoken English, along with fluency in Dutch and/or French.
• Charismatic and optimistic approach to work, with patience, confidence, and determination.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and address customer needs in the insurance sector, leveraging the company's financial services portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demos for executives in the insurance industry.
• Actively participate in RFI/RFP processes and contract negotiations.
• Provide analytical support for software implementation projects.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with B2B campaigns and value proposition development.
• Conduct market analysis (trends, challenges, competition, and new regulations).
