Business Controller

Your responsibilities as a Business Controller:

• Preparing and monitoring forecasts and financial reports for management and other departments
• Providing financial analyses for strategic decisions
• Identifying risks and opportunities
• Driving finance transformation projects to improve processes, reporting, and BI tools
• Partnering with Sales and Marketing to analyze performance, propose strategies, and support negotiations
• Evaluating financial viability of new initiatives and monitoring investments

About you:

• You hold a degree in Finance or Business Administration
• You have around two years of experience in external audit and/or FP&A
• You possess a strong understanding of the financial impacts of business decisions on P&L and Balance Sheet
• You adapt quickly to new technologies and utilize them effectively
• You are familiar with finance tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or Navision (an advantage)
• You communicate fluently in English and in French
