Your responsibilities as a Business Controller:
Preparing and monitoring forecasts and financial reports for management and other departments
Providing financial analyses for strategic decisions
Identifying risks and opportunities
Driving finance transformation projects to improve processes, reporting, and BI tools
Partnering with Sales and Marketing to analyze performance, propose strategies, and support negotiations
Evaluating financial viability of new initiatives and monitoring investments
About you:
You hold a degree in Finance or Business Administration
You have around two years of experience in external audit and/or FP&A
You possess a strong understanding of the financial impacts of business decisions on P&L and Balance Sheet
You adapt quickly to new technologies and utilize them effectively
You are familiar with finance tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or Navision (an advantage)
You communicate fluently in English and in French
