Main Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic business partner to the production site management, driving informed decisions.
Oversee and enhance financial and operational reporting to ensure accurate insights into performance.
Conduct comprehensive monthly analyses and present results to the Board.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and targeted analyses for various business streams.
Support pricing strategies by preparing cost-based analyses for seasonal and menu items.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on continuous improvement initiatives and strategic goals.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in controlling or auditing roles.
Fluency in Dutch, with a working knowledge of French; English is a plus.
