Business Controller F/H (BE864143)

Our client is a major actor in the automotive sector, based in Brussels and is actively looking for his/her Business Controller.

Reporting to the Head of Controlling, the main responsibilities of the Business Controller will be the following :

• Management and ownership of the monthly management reporting respecting the defined deadlines, working closely with the accounting and other financial departments,
• Analyses of the variances of the monthly reporting and closing,
• Management and ownership of the planning, forecast and budgeting processes working closely with various departments to ensure the budget and quarterly forecasts are accurate respecting the defined deadlines,
• Strong cooperation with the Sales department to evaluate the actual performance : Daily analyses of actuals and targets,
• Responsible of Ad-hoc analyses, projects and investments analyses,
• Conduct ICS controls (Internal Controls).

Profile, qualifications and required skills:

• Master’s Degree in Finance/Economics
• 4 years experience in Controlling or in Financial Auditing (Big4),
• Result-oriented and dedicated finance professional,
• Strong analytical skills, autonomous,
• Already worked with Excel, PowerBi and PowerPoint as well as good SAP knowledge,
• English is a must, as well as French or/and Dutch.
