What is your added value?

As our Business Data Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in data analytics and customer success, helping improve our product and empower our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with our Machine Learning Engineer to analyse internal data, uncover insights, and drive product innovation.
• Creating compelling data visualizations that explain trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities.
• Translating complex data into practical recommendations for our team.
• Working closely with our Customer Success Manager to interpret and analyse customer data, maximizing its value.
• Identifying successful configurations and strategies to help clients achieve success.
• Providing clear, actionable insights to customers and guiding them on how to use their data effectively.
• Building strong client relationships by clearly explaining the meaning and benefits of their data.

• 3–5 years of experience in customer-oriented data analysis and data modeling.
• Strong affinity with healthcare; experience in hospital operations is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools for effective data analysis and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and a working knowledge of Python (or a willingness to learn).
• Exceptional communication skills to make complex data clear and impactful for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
