Spotting Opportunities & Building Connections:
- Scout and secure exciting new business prospects, expanding the client portfolio to exceed €1.5M.
- Create tailored strategies for up-selling and cross-selling, aligning with the unique needs of each client.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CMOs and CEOs, offering strategic insights that drive business success.
Driving Growth & Managing Success:
- Develop strong, trust-filled relationships with high-value clients, ensuring loyalty and mutual growth.
- Lead the charge in crafting and executing account plans that align with long-term objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery of projects that exceed expectations.
- Achieve ambitious revenue targets by connecting client ambitions with organizational strengths.
Building Influence & Staying Ahead:
- Leverage your network to open doors, create visibility, and generate growth opportunities.
- Represent the organization as a thought leader at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
- Stay on the cutting edge of market trends, keeping your strategies innovative and relevant.
Who You Are
Your Background & Expertise:
- You hold a Master’s degree in a business-related field, such as applied economics or business engineering.
- You bring senior experience in digital marketing, branding, or a similar industry.
- You’ve got a proven track record in growing client portfolios of over €1.5M.
- Your expertise spans operational delivery and high-level strategic engagement.
Your Skills:
- Strategist at heart: You can craft plans that resonate with C-suite leaders.
- Hunter and nurturer: You excel at opening doors and cultivating strong, lasting partnerships.
- Connector and influencer: Your professional network is a resource you skillfully use to drive growth.
- Multilingual communicator: Fluent in Dutch, English, and French, you bridge cultural and linguistic gaps with ease.
- Negotiator and closer: You’re adept at sealing high-value deals and exceeding expectations.
