What does success look like?

Success in the role will be determined by revenue, growth and margin. We want to win new business, and deliver value for Smith+Nephew, and ultimately our customers. That can take shape by an improved service and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers.

It's the ability to take strategic responsibility for your area, identify opportunities to grow revenue and win new business. Develop ongoing relationships with customers, in turn, we expect such strategic relationships to bring about opportunities, showcase our value provision and improve our sales revenue across the geography to proactively drive growth.

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Strong ability to identify and win new business, driving profitability and value
  • Delivery of value-based business proposals to key target customers in defined accounts to meet in year sales revenue targets
  • Valid Driving License
