Job Mission
We are looking for a motivated colleague to enforce the Business Process management team within the COO office.
Working closely with various stakeholders inside the Bank, the mission of the Business Process Management team is to ensure that the bank’s end to end processes are and remain in line with both the business needs and the regulatory requirements while creating the best possible experience for our clients and advisors. The general aim is always for the bank to operate in the most efficient and sustainable way possible.

Key Accountabilities
The scope of the role will cover the following responsibilities:
- You take ownership of the review and continuous improvement of Key Operating Documents and client documents related to specific topics that will be assigned to you depending on the regulatory and business priorities
- You improve the efficiency and streamline business processes and ensure the coordination of projects by:
- Analyzing requirements and align the different stakeholders (Sales, Product, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, etc.)
- Creating and updating procedures and documentation
- Preparing and coordinating operational readiness
- Liaising with Control teams to define the necessary controls if required
- Preparing good practice for the run the bank
- Drafting and delivering adequate communication and training to advisors
- Supporting the sales staff as a subject matter expert
- Co-developing and maintaining the team’s intranet page
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and you have a first professional experience, ideally within a sales or support role in the banking industry. Background or knowledge in lending or regulatory reporting would be an asset.
- You have an analytical mindset and you are process oriented, able to analyze complex requirements and translate them into sustainable and manageable processes.
- You have excellent project management skills with an ability to plan and prioritize tasks and work simultaneously on different subjects
- You are solution and results oriented and you show a pro-active attitude, able to challenge status quo and think out of the box
- You have excellent communication (both written and oral) skills, with a capacity to explain complex topics in a structured and comprehensible way.
- You are able to establish and maintain constructive working relationships and manage stakeholders in different areas (Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, Operations).
- You show business acumen, and you offer solutions by balancing the needs of the business with regulatory requirements.
- You take initiative and you are flexible, you are able to work independently and in team
- You have a positive and open mindset and you are eager to learn
- Full professional proficiency in at least one of the local languages Dutch/French, business proficiency in English.
- Highly skilled in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
