As an Account Manager, you will:
- Drive Sales Growth: Manage and expand a flexible European market portfolio while identifying, planning, and executing strategies to increase turnover and profitability.
- 360-Degree Sales Process: Lead the entire sales cycle in collaboration with our other divisions, from prospecting and negotiation to delivery and account optimization, ensuring tailored solutions drive mutual success.
- Guard Margins: Take ownership of product pricing and profitability by collaborating with the buying team or taking-up a role in the buying team.
- (Optionally) Join the Buying Team: Travel to production sites and factories to build strong supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, ensure quality, and maintain delivery standards.
- Foster Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners while acting as the primary point of contact to exceed customer expectations.
- Operate Across Diverse Markets: Focus on flexible geographic regions within Europe, leveraging your expertise in specific markets and languages; language tutoring is offered for additional support, and multilingual skills are highly valued.
- Strategize and Optimize: Work with internal teams (sales, sourcing, design, logistics) to enhance operations and implement innovative strategies that improve business performance.
- Innovate Processes: Identify and implement strategies to optimize sales and sourcing processes, contributing to overall business efficiency.
- Experienced Professional: Minimum 3 years in sales and sourcing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Educational Background: Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Multilingual Communicator: Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Relationship Builder: Adept at cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and Proactive: Thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
