Your role, your future
As part of the local and global team in charge of the Banking Industry at Invent, the Director will lead a large share of both our client and offering portfolio, leveraging his or her expertise to deliver impact on a day-to-day basis, externally and internally.
More specifically:
Responsible to grow the financial services consulting business
Be a driver in the development and expansion of the financial services consulting focusing on retail banking
Win in the market, leveraging high expertise and insights. Find and create business opportunities across multiple entities in the region and abroad. Answer RFP / RFI and broaden footprint in existing client relationships
Pursue and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite, business unit, and division head levels at the most critical clients in order to drive client value
Develop and codify intellectual capital and points of view, and create distinctive knowledge initiatives, which result in significant client impact and strengthen the Capgemini Invent’s Financial Services external reputation.
Responsible to deliver projects:
Lead, develop and engage the Capgemini Invent assets for the client to identify and drive value
Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics and apply insights to recommend short- and/or long-term value creation for the client at the C-Suite, business unit and division head levels that has the appropriate level of impact
Ensure the quality of the work to be truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results.
Responsible to build and manage team
Develop Capgemini Invent’s capability to service Financial Services
Grow the number of consultants to expand further in the financial services market

Our ideal candidate
Master in Business and/or Engineering (MBA or financial background is a +)
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Several years of experience (10-15 years minimum) in organization, strategy and transformation consulting firms, with possible operational experience in the banking sector
Ability to take the lead on account development and selling consultancy missions
Outstanding presentation skills and delivery skills to Senior Management and CxO level
Strong general consulting skill and ability to overcome internal barriers through drive, determination and influencing skills
Strong interpersonal skill with high level of enthusiasm and a good team player
Real passion for the Banking sector and the impact it can have on other industries, people, planet and society
Experience in managing large & complex projects
