The Role: Chief Operations Officer

The Location: Belgium

Salary: €180,000 - €250,000 + bonus + equity

Finatal is currently retained with a Private Equity-backed services business rapidly scaling via an international buy-and-build strategy. The group is now seeking an experienced Divisional COO to lead a key Belgian business unit with revenues of c. €150M, 20% profits and 600 FTEs.

Core Mandate:

• Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop, plan, and integrate strategic direction and growth plans. Oversee the implementation of new systems, metrics, business plans, and strategies focused on revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Leadership and Delegation: Build out and guide the senior management team, delegating responsibilities to drive profitability and growth.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire operation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, investments, and business projects. Ensure accurate and timely management reporting, forecasting, and decision-making to track revenue growth.
• Compliance and Governance: Communicate company policies and legal guidelines, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

The Group is on course to grow to €1.5bn turnover within the next five years. This is an exceptional opportunity to take full ownership of a business unit within the flagship asset of a leading international private equity firm.
