Our newest hotel will soon open its doors in the green surroundings of Sterrebeek, just a throw stone away from the city of Brussels. Featuring 150 beautifully designed bedrooms and suites, the hotel boasts the all-day dining restaurant STOKE, a stylish bar, and an inviting outdoor terrace as well as multi-functional and flexible meeting and events spaces.
Radisson Hotel Antwerp Berchem, just ten minutes from Antwerp Central Station, combines stylish comfort with sustainability. Our Green Key-certified hotel features 142 contemporary rooms, an on-site restaurant, cozy workspaces, and versatile event facilities, including a spacious outdoor terrace.
We are now looking for a Cluster Business Controller to join our dynamic teams here at Radisson Hotel Antwerp Berchem and Radisson Collection Hotel, The National Brussels (New opening early 2025)!

Some of your responsibilities will include
- Coordination and completion of the reporting activities of the 2 hotels; analysis and interpretation of statistical and financial information to appraise profitability, capital expenditure and performance against comparable periods
- Direct and control the monthly closing, reporting and forecasting activities of the 2 hotels, ensuring the production of complete, accurate and timely information
- Review of monthly operating results, assisting and distributing the consolidated results to Hotel Management/ Owners and assisting in their interpretation and in developing appropriate on-going actions and business responses. Identify business opportunities
- Assist and provide financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of the business plan, hotel, and departmental budgets, and manage relevant budgets appropriately
- Coordinates and supports the finance related activities during preopening through effective regular communication and meetings as required.
- Be the direct leader of finance team-member and oversee the full finance operations cycle from A-Z
- Ensure the integrity of the local financial information and that this is aligned with local legislation, reporting standards & RHG policies. This includes a monthly review and reconciliation of the Hotel’s books and records and where appropriate have communications and meetings with the external (Accounting) service providers.
- As an integral part of the management team, you will work proactively to ensure strategic and profitable development of the hotel activities
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Business Controller
- A thoroughly understanding of general Belgian accounting processes and procedures is vital in this role. Therefore, a proven track record from within the Accounting/Finance disciplines is required
- Experience in similar function in Belgium is required
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Must feel comfortable with presenting, reporting and by being the spokesperson/subject matter expert towards both internal and external stakeholders
- You are driven and ambitious and strive to inspire the team to deliver on the set KPI’s
- You are commercially aware and a natural problem solver. You act with integrity and can work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy
- Hotel opening experience will be a plus
- Full proficiency of English and Dutch with basic notions of the French or French with basic notions of Dutch
- Advanced excel skills required and all other relevant IT Knowledge is an advantage
