As a Commercial Planning Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing commercial strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and co-create plans that align with our business objectives. You will have the opportunity to further optimize existing planning & reporting processes.

The position of Commercial Planning Executive will help you to enhance your experience in multi-category projects, deployment of commercial initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. You will work together with a dynamic, passionate team and in a professional setting.

Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Lead initiatives to analyze and enhance current workflows, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Design and execute projects to introduce new operational processes, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated and aligned with business goals
  • Develop and distribute comprehensive guidelines that outline best practices and procedures, ensuring all team members are well-informed and aligned
  • Create and manage detailed documentation for all processes and projects, providing a reference that supports ongoing performance and facilitates training and onboarding
  • Develop and oversee a structured planning and measurement framework, setting clear goals, tracking progress, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement

  • Analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret and utilize data effectively
  • Project management and planning capabilities

What will the selection process look like?

Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews.

In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development.

Please note that we expect the courtesy from your side to inform your current manager about your interest and application, especially after the first interview.

Next to that the following application guideline also needs to be considered: you are eligible to apply when you are 2y+ in your current position. If not, you need explicit approval from your line manager and P&C BP.

  • Assessment Tests

The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability and personality test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation.

Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings:

  • Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions)
  • Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking)
  • Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly
