As an experienced people manager, you are passionate about people. You delegate responsibilities to your managers, based on their experience and skills, to help them in their personal growth and development.
Your passion for customers is the engine for ensuring that customers are the centre of attention for all co-workers, so that the store is a destination for the whole family.

You have experience in drawing up and implementing action plans, managing budgets and following up targets.
You ensure that all customer relations initiatives drive IKEA growth and contribute to profitability in the long term without losing sight of the impact on customer satisfaction.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
You translate national IKEA strategy into a business plan for your IKEA store, in association with the other heads of department, to protect the position of IKEA as the leader in interior design on the local market.
You analyse the feedback of our customers to tackle the causes of problems at the root and improve customer satisfaction in the short and long term. You approach this proactively, so that IKEA is able to continue to surprise its customers.
You offer our customers a positive and easy shopping experience and motivate them to shop at IKEA more often.
You delegate responsibilities to your managers responsible for presales, aftersales and cashline, based on their experience and skills, to help them in their personal growth and development. You challenge them to exceed the expectations of the customers.

ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
As a team, we build a life-long relationship with existing and new customers. In doing so, we stimulate turnover growth. We ensure that the IKEA customer relations policy is applied optimally. For this, we deploy our knowledge of the range, which we enlarge on a daily basis, so that our customers leave the store with a positive feeling and return more often in the future.
