Your Role & Responsibilities

  • You ensure daily smooth processing of transport orders
  • You report problems, delays, etc... on time to our customers
  • You work together with customers to solve problems creatively and efficiently
  • You actively look for opportunities to reduce or recover extra costs
  • You work closely with colleagues and the various departments to achieve our goals

Schedule

Alternating schedule between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Baron De Maerelaan, Zeebruges

Your profile

The following qualities describe you:

  • You have a bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • You have several years of experience in customer service or the logistics sector
  • You speak and write fluently Dutch, English and have a solid knowledge of French
  • You are communicatively strong and always aim for a win-win situation
  • You are assertive and never miss opportunities
  • You are a real teamplayer
