Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Complete management of major accounts: From A to Z, you provide excellent service.
  • Daily follow-up of transport orders: You are the hub in our logistics process.
  • Proactive communication: Inform customers promptly about any issues or delays, keeping them well-informed.
  • Creative problem-solving: Think along with the customer and offer cost-effective solutions.
  • Negotiating additional costs: Ensure maximum recovery and negotiate any extra costs.

Working Hours

  • Rotating schedule between 8 AM and 6 PM

Baron De Maerelaan 155, Zeebrugge

Your Profile

You possess the following qualities and characteristics:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience in customer service or the logistics sector.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and German is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Assertive
  • A true team player, not a silo thinker. You switch effortlessly between different accounts.
