The customer service department is responsible for managing the end-to-end order process and post-sales service. We handle invoicing, subscription management, serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, and resolve issues in the best interest of the customer. Complaints are dealt with to continuously improve customer satisfaction, which is closely monitored.


Your role

  • Respond to emails and phone calls in both Dutch and French.
  • Utilize online chat to provide real-time responses to customer inquiries.
  • Categorize and prioritize customer emails for efficient handling.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Maintain product/service knowledge to advise clients or guide them to suitable company services.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.


Your profile

  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and (preferably) a good level of spoken French and English.
  • Eagerness to learn new technological tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  • You adapt your communication style based on the customer.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to handle stress well.
  • Solution-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous.
