In this critical leadership role, you will oversee our customer service operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, managing solution-oriented projects, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the central service operations ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a customer service strategy aligning with Hologic’s overall business objectives.
- Oversee the performance and development, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Identifies, initiates, establishes and develops strategic relationships with key organisational stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance performance, cost to serve and service quality
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the service operations team.
- Established experience in service management or service operations within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management in a technical solutions environment is a significant plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage change in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
