About the job

We are looking for motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team of talented consultants working on challenging projects. As an ALTEN consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of the following activities:

• Preparing and executing IE activities (drawings, documentation, Work Method Statements, etc.) for multiple bids/projects
• Delivering drawings per project requirements (customer, subcontractor, quality regulations, templates, etc.)
• Supporting the field team with deliverables and design modifications based on site inputs.
• Reviewing interface drawings and providing equipment requirements
• Preparing installation material specs and BoQ
• Assisting Project/Site Managers in preparing field quality dossiers for handover
• Creating as-built documentation and ensuring it aligns with installed configurations
• Conducting site surveys when needed
• Coordinating with BIM teams for IE studies and deliverables
• Following digital and integrated systems processes for IE activities
• Collaborating with design engineers to verify/validate drawings
• Maintaining correct storage of drawings and alerting if issues impact QCD deliverables

Required experience

• You hold an Electrical Engineering degree
• You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
• You are proficient in AutoCAD and Excel
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical design, with project/construction experience preferred
• You are quality-focused, a real team player
• You are resilient and has analytical thinking to address engineering deviations
