We are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our existing team in one of our business units.
You will be part of a small team responsible for financial reporting and controlling.
You will report to the Business Controller and work closely with the internal management teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to exposure all areas of financial accounting and grow within the group.
Your Responsibilities
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing of expenses for a defined group of employees
Bank transactions and reconciliations
Preparation of cash flow forecasts
Preparation of monthly forecasts and planning of annual financial statements
Monthly preparation and coordination of time recording checks for project allocation
Monthly preparation of month-end closing, including accruals and prepayments (calculation of percentage of completion)
Balance sheet reconciliations
Intercompany reconciliations and reportings
Monthly reporting to head office via Onestream
Preparation for annual audits and support in annual budget planning
Ad hoc analysis leading to monthly KPI tracking
Your profile
Degree in Economics with a major in Finance, or similar. Qualifications
+ 3 years of professional experience as a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA) or in a comparable function
High degree of reliability and ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized, adaptable and flexible
Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
Fluency in English
