The role will be Italian HQ partner for business integration in Belgium. The person will monitor and constantly improve business and financial health, supporting operational and strategic decision making.
The role will report to local Managing Director and HQ Finance dept.
Key Responsibilities:
Cooperate with HQ team in the new ERP SAP roll out
Accounting management: full bookkeeping (general accounting, treasury, credit management)
Preparation of monthly and yearly accounts
Sales and purchases backoffice
Carrying out regular business performance analysis as variances from budget/forecast, monitoring the full Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow propose possible correction and improvement measures
Working cross-functional, close to business and HQ with a solid business partner attitude
Contribute to a good cooperation and flow of information towards all stakeholders
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration
Based in Belgium
Dutch and English fluent
At least 7-8 years of working experience in similar role within international and structured organizations (international experience is a plus)
Knowledge of SAP
Problem solving and decision making
Communication and interpersonal skills
