What Will You Do?

As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic financial team, acting as a strategic partner for all areas of the organization. Your primary mission will be to provide accurate financial reports and insights that guide critical business decisions.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and innovate: Be the driving force behind financial forecasts and management reporting, shaping key business decisions.
  • Strategic partnership: Work closely with various teams to turn numbers into action and help everyone achieve their goals.
  • Optimize processes: Improve financial workflows to make them faster, more efficient, and help the company grow smarter.
  • Advise and guide: Use your financial expertise to assist with capital planning and ensure investments align with the client’s global objectives.


What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Deliver accurate and valuable financial reports.
  • Manage monthly closings and consolidate management reporting.
  • Collaborate on the development of annual operational and capital budgets.
  • Partner with budget owners to manage spending in areas such as personnel, operational costs, and financial objectives.
  • Use financial models to support key projects.
  • Contribute to the accounting of production and inventory, including variance analysis.
  • Challenge the status quo by driving continuous process improvements and maintaining strong internal controls.


What are we looking for?

  • A degree in Finance or Economics (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
  • 1-5 years of experience in a multinational (preferably in production or supply chain).
  • Proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory accounting.
  • Experience in business partnering and building effective relationships.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with clear and persuasive communication.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
