Position Overview:

The goal is to provide support in the modernization, digitalization & automation of the finance processes.

The mission will consist of two parts: project work & operational support.

What you'll do:

Project work

Support in the Segregation of Duties analysis

Transfer of operational task of Finance to Operations department

Documentation of processes

Support on E-invoicing implementation

Support in the modernization and digitalization of finance department

Make proposals around the improvement of controls

Support and prepare internal audit mission

Analyse and make proposals to reduce the manual entries

Operational Support

Learn operational tasks (Lettrage/Payments)

Documentation of actual process

Make proposals for improvement

Act as back-up in case of sickness/Holidays of staff

What you bring:

Knowledge of accounting

Strong MS Office (Excel & Access) skills

Knowledge of banking sector is an asset

Accounting tools

AP automation
