About Our Client
Join an international organization that operates at the forefront of the insurance and financial services industry. We are seeking a dedicated Group Financial Controller to oversee the company's financial and administrative operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, treasury management, and HR administration.
Job Description
Develop and oversee annual financial planning and budgeting processes.
Consolidate financial reports from multiple countries and ensure timely reporting to the Executive Committee.
Manage treasury operations, including cash flow, currency conversions, and funding allocations across international offices.
Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations and support audits for legal entities.
Handle payroll coordination across multiple countries, collaborating with local advisors.
Support the transition to new financial software tools and processes.
Act as the liaison with multinational clients, stakeholders, and network members to maintain excellent communication and service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong background in finance and management. The ideal candidate will possess:
A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Engineering - or equivalent.
At least 5 years of managerial experience.
Proven expertise in accounting, budgeting, and financial management.
A track record of optimizing processes and driving efficiency improvements.
Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or Dutch being a significant advantage.
Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders globally.
Analytical and a detail-oriented mindset.
