Head of Retail

Our client is Europe's largest independent car dealer.

To support the strong growth of the company they are hiring a Head of Retail.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing strategic growth plans for the Belgian market, identifying and rolling out new business opportunities
• Analyzing sales performance and productivity, taking actions to achieve financial and strategic goal
• Leading recruitment, hiring, and training of staff to meet the business's evolving need
• Establishing and implementing operational policies, standards, and procedures for the Retail department

Do you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in people management and business administration.
• A background in FMCG, e-commerce, or tech, preferably in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• A data-driven mindset, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Readiness to work min. 3 days in the Antwerp HQ.
• Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
