To support our internal team, we are now looking for a HR Administration Officer.


The HR Administration Officer will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the HR department and the Compliance department. The HR Administration Officer will directly report to the HR Director.


Your responsibilities:


HR administration:

Employees administration

  • Responsible for managing employee contracts as well as handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • HR data and Records management
  • Policies and procedures

Payroll process:

  • Responsible for monthly pay roll process
  • Benefits administration
  • Follow up of absences in general (Illness, holidays, thematic leaves, time credit)
  • Follow up of insurance portfolio
  • Follow up of time registration

Learning & development

  • Administration of the training and development programs for employees
  • Responsible for completing and keeping up to date the legally required training file, the Federal Learning Account.


Legal:

  • You will be the SPOC for legal documents and contact with the company lawyer.
  • Supporting the prevention advisor with keeping all files up to date and completing legal documents


Your skills & competencies:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluently speak Dutch & French and good knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel))
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Outstanding organizational and time management
  • Problem solver
