Coface Belgium is looking for an HR Officer reporting to the Country Manager and the Head of HR Development based in Paris.

Your activities will mainly focus on :

General Services

• Premises management (orders, liaison with building and service providers)
• Car fleet management

Employee relationship

• Assist the HR Development manager on recruitment projects
• Contribute to the onboarding of new employees : from the employment contracts until their arrival at Coface and follow-up of their integration
• Payroll support and main point of contract with the payroll partner
• Contribution to the preparation of the training plan and deployment of training actions
• Local support to employees

Profile

- At least 2 to 5 years' professional experience

- Ability to analyze and take initiative

- Autonomous, organized, confidential and able to manage priorities.

- Knowledge of the insurance sector would be a plus

- Bilingual NL/FR or NL/UK
