They’re looking for a HR Business Partner EMEA APAC, leading people organisations & processes in allocated region (with footprint incl manufacturing, sales & service teams, and HQ), for strategic tactical HR focus on OD Change Leadership Dev … in combination with hands-on HR Operational approach.


This position reports to Chief People Officer, HQ Belgium based, with global scope.


Your responsibilities are


  • HR Business Partnering for EMEA APAC population with strategy development and execution, understanding the drivers of change, lead OD, set & use best practices associated with talent performance ... with hands-on can-do mentality;
  • Acting as HR Business Partner while manageming HR operations; ensure HR programs, processes, policies, procedures, are set & aligned with business objectives ànd make it happen!
  • Improvement employee engagement & agility by assessing & tracking trends in employee behaviours & attitudes, developing action plans and coaching leaders;
  • HR Support & Conflict Resolution , ensure prompt and consistent solutions to unforeseen/urgent developments;

  • Master and/or MBA;
  • part of creating & accelerating a high performance organisation within a multi-site global business;
  • Demonstrated HR Business Partnering within int’nal scope;
  • Experience designing organisations aligned with business strategy to accomplish results;
  • Part of an accelerating high performance organisation within multi-site and large-scale business;
  • Operating across geographic boundaries and cultures;
  • Building, influencing & leading business teams about talent, inspiration, performance, ... with clear view of where the organisation needs to be in 3-5 years;
  • Consistently delivering day-to-day resultats to achieve growth view and able to set strategy combined with the hands-on operational part as well;
  • Drive best practice HR processes and tools through full ee life cycle;
  • Willingness to travel sporadically;
