Role Overview:

As the Human Resource Manager at FLYX, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR daily management, payroll, facility management, and employee well-being. This role is crucial to maintaining our company’s culture, ensuring a smooth HR operation, and providing a supportive environment for our employees. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workday and has a passion for people.


Key Responsibilities:

  

1. Talent Acquisition:

  - Lead recruitment efforts for new hires, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  - Collaborate with team leads to identify staffing needs and proactively search for top talent.

  - Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.


2. HR Day-to-Day Management:

  - Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

  - Address employee queries and manage HR documentation and compliance.

  - Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are understood and followed by the team.


3. Payroll Management:

  - Coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with our finance department.

  - Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.

  - Keep up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.


4. Facility Management:

  - Oversee office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships.

  - Coordinate office space planning and equipment needs for remote and in-office staff.

  - Ensure a clean, safe, and functional workspace.


5. Employee Happiness and Well-being (Happiness Manager):

  - Promote a positive and engaging work culture through team-building activities, wellness programs, and company events.

  - Act as an advocate for employee well-being, encouraging a healthy work-life balance.

  - Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in employee satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  - Proven experience in HR management, ideally within the tech or SAAS sector.

  - Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll management, and employment laws.

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  - Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

  - Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
