Responsibilities as a Sr HR Manager:


  • Lead the design and administration of innovative compensation and benefits solutions.
  • Disguise yourself as an HR detective, running market analyses to ensure competitive compensations.
  • Add a touch of vibrancy in managing annual performance reviews and Network Resource Controllers (NRCs).
  • Fuse your skills with the HR Senior Officer to champion the Belgian payroll and fleet management process.
  • Manage performance, engagement, and resolve conflicts with empathy and respect.
  • Ensure full compliance with the labyrinth of employment laws and regulations with finesse.
  • Guide, mentor and empower your direct reports to heights of success.
  • Spearhead change and succession planning initiatives, setting a precedent for future success stories.

  • Hone a dynamic HR team brimming with potential, and provide enriching coaching and mentorship.

Requirements for our client in Brussels:


  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Masters would earn you brownie points!
  • 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a challenging senior HR leadership role, is a prerequisite.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and HR analytics would put you a cut above the rest.
  • A sound understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Stupendous communication skills and an analytical, problem-solving mind.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with French serving as a charming addition!
  • Willingness to travel once in a while.
