Job description:
Job Title: HR in office management Consultant
Contract Duration: As soon as possible -30.04.2025 (4 Months project)
Work Location: 1040 Bruxelles
Remote Status: Hybrid
Languages: Dutch and English
Mission Description
· Support of management, finance, communication and project team.
· management of operational tasks in the field of office management
· time management projects and the hours spent by team members
· Project and payroll administration.
· Forwarding payroll administration and contracts to the social secretariat.
· Contribute to HR policy, additional legal benefits and other personnel regulations.
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Payroll administration: Timely and correct reporting of wages, hours and contracts to the social secretariat.
· Office management: Coordinating daily operational tasks such as inventory management, facilities and logistical support. Where possible, you implement optimizations.
· Project management support: You support the project team on a practical level by preparing reports and making reservations for hotels, flights, etc. for participation in meetings, workshops and conferences at home and abroad.
· Implementation of HR policy: Including core HR tasks and procedures (recruitment, on boarding, supervising performance cycles, etc.) and providing support in the further development and refinement of HR policy, taking into account the needs within the organization.
· Assistance to the manager: Manage agenda, schedule appointments, prepare documents and proactively support organizational tasks.
· Communication and coordination: Act as a point of contact for internal employees and external partners.
Your profile:
· You have experience with payroll and salary administration
· You are a pro in working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· A hands-on mentality
· You have knowledge of HR processes
