Join our exciting opportunity for a HR Officer/Advisor here at GXO Logistics in Zellik, Belgium
This is a very important role to our business, so your expertise within HR and a good understanding of payroll processes within Belgium is needed.
Due to our multicultural environment you need to have clear communication in Dutch, French and English to a professional level.
What you do on a typical day – HR Officer
Dealing with payroll enquiries, compensation, updating protime and liaising with external payroll provider when required
Promoting employee engagement, with weekly personal contact
Day to day HR processes, from contract management, policies and procedures and promoting a positive work culture
Supporting operations with any training, performance management, disciplinary guidance
Facilitate new hire orientation ensuring a positive onboarding of new employees
What you need to succeed at GXO
Fluency in Dutch, French and English to a professional level
Bachelor’s degree within a HR discipline or minimum of 3 years HR expertise
Payroll knowledge
Use of VISMA would be advantageous
Strong stakeholder management and self-driven
