KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER RETAIL & OUT OF HOME BELUX
What’s the gig?
As our Key Account Manager, your mission is clear: find and win over new retail and out-of-home clients, build strategic partnerships, and grow our footprint across the region. This is a true startup environment, so you'll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and drive your own initiatives—all while collaborating closely with our Sales Director and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Day-to-Day):
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of partners to foster long-term business growth.
- Strategic Development: Lead the development and execution of strategies to acquire new accounts and expand within the Retail and Out-of-Home (OOH) markets, working closely with fellow Key Account Managers.
- Product Launches & Promotions: Design and implement comprehensive plans for new product launches and promotional activities to drive market engagement.
- Annual Negotiations & Growth: Manage yearly contract negotiations, with a focus on driving business growth and strengthening partnerships.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budget allocation, prepare forecasts, and collaborate on planning and logistics to ensure consistent product availability.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to introduce products into new markets, enhancing overall business performance.
- Customer P&L Management: Take full ownership of customers' Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure financial targets are met.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Trade and Marketing teams to plan and execute creative, localized events that boost brand visibility within key target markets.

- You’ve got a proven track record of 5 years of building partnerships and growing market share in retail and/or OOH.
- You’re strategically sharp, results-oriented but also ready to roll up your sleeves and execute your vision.
- Initiative and autonomy come naturally to you—you love finding new ways to tackle challenges.
- You have a bachelor's or master’s degree
- You speak Dutch and French fluently and can hold your own in English, too.
