We are looking for an experienced Management Assistant for our Advisory department!
Your impact
As a Management Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a keen eye for detail.
- Provide support to Partners, Directors and Managers
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the management team.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Opportunity and contact management in Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and/or French and a very good knowledge of English
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with people of all walks of life and maintain consistent professionalism
- Very good command of MS Office and Google Tools
- Service-oriented, solution-minded, proactive and a strong team player.
- Energetic and skilled in multitasking
- Ability to solve problems in the blink of an eye
- Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
