You will analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operations. What will you do?

Your focus will be on understanding the organization’s overall goals, processes, and market dynamics. Here is what you will do:

• Evaluate Business Processes: You’ll assess existing business processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements. Your goal is to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Dive into data! You’ll analyze information to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities. This data-driven approach will guide decision-making.
• Requirements Translation: You’ll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. By translating business needs into clear functional specifications, you’ll ensure successful project delivery.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology, BPMN, UML and project management concepts is a significant advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Able to work at our offices in Kontich or Hasselt.
